La lupa del cuidado: el derecho al cuidado como categoría conceptual y herramienta para la reinterpretación de los derechos

Abstract

This text seeks to propose that, at understanding care as a conceptual category it is possible to reintrept the way in whichs laws are written and find in their core the interest of the legisltator to guarantee care to those who need it and allow spaces of self-care to those who give it. Therefore, its objective is to help readers recognize the reach care has and use it as an “interpretative loop” that allows us to find in the reigning legal system the presence of care as a right and thus giving new scopes to the norm. The latter, through a study of Colombian’s Political Constitution.
